Reducing carbon emissions is a key objective for manufacturing businesses in the coming years. In the wake of Decree 06/2022/ND-CP, which outlines regulations for mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the ozone layer, as well as commitments made at COP26, COP27, and most recently COP28 regarding energy transition and global cooling, and the ongoing development of legislation for the carbon credit market, the government is now more focused than ever on reducing net emissions.

Meet Korea is a series of events organized since 2015 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, to promote cooperation in many fields such as trade, investment, and culture. culture, tourism and development between Korean localities, businesses and partners.

Introduction

Co-hosted by the Southern Vietnamese Province Binh Duong and the China Federation of Industrial Economics, Horasis will hold the 2024 Horasis China Meeting in Binh Duong, Vietnam over 14-15 April 2024. The meeting will draw together 300 of the most senior members of the Horasis Visions Community, including some of China’s and Vietnam’s best known business leaders.

The state of entrepreneurship in China will be of primary interest – as it is changing from manufacturing into high-end services. The Horasis China Meeting will play an important role in facilitating the rapidly expanding trade and investment between China and Vietnam – noting both countries enjoy broad prospects of cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Introduction

Vietnam is currently entering a phase of industrialization and modernization, with rapid urbanization and the development of industrial zones contributing significantly to socio-economic growth and improving the quality of life for its citizens. However, alongside this rapid development, environmental issues are becoming increasingly severe, particularly air, water, and soil pollution, placing significant pressure on environmental protection efforts.

To address these environmental challenges, many companies from the Kansai region of Japan have expanded their business activities in Vietnam and engaged in environmental technology cooperation initiatives. In particular, Ministry of Economic, Trade and Industry, Kansai Bureau has collaborated with Binh Duong Province on projects aimed at developing human resources and promoting business exchanges to address a variety of environmental issues, such as water treatment, waste management, energy conservation, and renewable energy.

To share and promote advanced water drainage and wastewater treatment technologies from Japan, the Meti Kansai, in conjunction with the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships of Japan (AOTS), will organize  the sewerage & wastewater treatment technology conference. This event will take place during VIETNAM WATER WEEK 2023 and will feature the participation of leading experts in wastewater treatment, waste management, and energy conservation from prefectures in the Kansai region, as well as top-notch companies with high-tech capabilities in various environmental fields.

Introduction

World Trade Center Association is pleased to announce the 2023 WTCA Asia Pacific Regional Meeting (APRM) is going to be held August 9-11, 2023. The meeting will be hosted by World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC) in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing countries in the world. As the first in-person APRM after three years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will gather Members across the Asia Pacific region to share best practices, discuss future plans, and network with one another.

With the theme of “Transforming WTC Operations in the Digital Age,” the 2023 APRM will examine the huge impact of technology and innovation on WTC operations across the board from facilities to exhibitions to trade services. The APRM will feature prominent keynote speakers to address the development and dynamics of technology, and panels of WTC executives from across the region to share best practices in order to succeed in the new digital age.
