Introduction 

Made from special red rice, Bung Market’s shredded pork steamed rice cake (Binh Duong) (especially at My Lien steamed rice cake restaurant) offers a special flavor. The cake has stir-fried meat mixed with “thinh” (well-ground fried rice), served with chili fish sauce. When eating, put the cake on the plate together with pickles, herbs, green bean sprouts, sprinkle peanut puree, and then bast it with fish sauce.
