From December 14 to 16, 2023, the Smart Build Vietnam 2023 exhibition will be held in WTC International Exhibition Center (WTC Expo). The exhibition is jointly organized by the Binh Duong Construction Association, Becamex IDC Corporation and World Trade Center Binh Duong New City, bringing together the participation of leading companies and experts in the field of construction and real estate. There will be a series of business matching, conference and seminars included.

Currently, smart construction and the use of smart materials have become a development trend as well as a benchmark for evaluating construction quality in major cities throughout the world. The construction industry’s growth prospects are primarily concentrated in developing country markets. Vietnam is regarded as a prominent destination for investors in the construction and real estate sectors due to its consistent growth rate.
Binh Duong province is the leading locality in the region that has made many strong contributions to create motivation for socio-economic development in the Southern Key Economic Region in particular and Vietnam as a whole. A noteworthy example is the Smart City project which is a breakthrough in the development strategy of the Binh Duong province. Starting in 2016 until now, the Binh Duong Smart City project has achieved impressive achievements such as being honored by the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF) with the Most Outstanding Smart City Community of 2023 (Top 1 ICF) award. Therefore, in order to continue to meet the needs of developing the Smart City model in the future, while also contributing to demonstrating the social responsibility of the business community and investors, Smart Build Vietnam 2023 will be held for the first time at the WTC International Exhibition Center with the desire to establish a platform to connect businesses in the field of construction and real estate, creating opportunities for businesses and experts to research and discuss specialized knowledge and update construction trends in the new era, share market information, and is an opportunity to introduce construction technology solutions, as well as advanced green – clean – environmentally friendly construction material products to potential investors.

The exhibition space has an area of 4,000 m2, with 80 booths, attracting the participation of more than 50 businesses in the fields of Construction (industrial, transportation, civil works), Machinery and equipment, Construction materials (glass, aluminum, cement, iron and steel, bricks, tiles, paint, chemicals and other construction materials), Interior and exterior decoration, Industrial and urban real estate.
