Located next to a luxurious hotel, the Becamex Hotel Binh Duong New city, and the Binh Duong Administration Center, making Binh Duong Conference & Exhibition Center (BCEC) an ideal destination for international conferences. BCEC features world-class facilities, such as a multi-purpose Grand Ballroom (4 rooms combined with partitions), a high-standard auditorium & stage with a capacity of 1,400 guests, as well as 6 meeting rooms with fluctuate sizes from 40m2 to 140m2 (depending on guest’s request), and polished concrete floors allow for a carpet-free for a reduced-waste exhibition environment.

Located on the first floor, the Main Hall of BCEC has a total floor space of 9,400m2. The Main Hall is ideal for large exhibitions and specialized events, including meetings. It is the number one venue for trade & consumer exhibitions, not only because of its size but because of its location right next to the Binh Duong Province Administration Center.

Recent renovations in Main Hall have led to a more eco-friendly exhibition environment. Newly installed LED lights save energy while maintaining a consistent brightness during exhibitions. The facility is equipped with white granite tile flooring for an elegant and sleek appearance. This allows organizers to save resources on decoration.

Grand Ballroom

Located on the first floor, the Grand Ballroom is a popular venue for all kinds of events. With 2,133 m2 of free space and 4 possible room partitions, this multi-purpose area can be tailored for meetings of various styles and sizes. Exhibitions can also easily be taken place in the Grand Ballroom.

Moreover, swing doors allow convenient access for large crowds. The spacious and attractive lobby can be used for registration areas, coffee breaks, poster sessions, networking areas and receptions. In addition, the moveable wall panels are designed to suit all purposes of space requirements in the Grand Ballroom. It is also equipped with translation booths, LED screens, state-of-the art A/V systems, and lighting systems to accommodate all customer’s needs for the perfect occasion.

The Auditorium is with seats for 1,400 visitors. It’s extravagant, and the eye-catching ambiance never disappoints. It is outfitted with cutting-edge technology and has outstanding sound quality and transparency. The theater-style room is a well-known location for film premieres, awards shows, musicals, events, and opening celebrations.

The spacious lobby just outside of the gate into the upper space of the auditorium can be used for registration or opening ceremonies receptions, tea-break, networking areas, registration areas, or for auxiliary exhibitions. The entrances around the Auditorium allow for easy access during busy periods, and automated double swing doors make it easier to control large crowds during concerts or seminars. In addition, four rooms (2 VIP meeting rooms & 2 preparation rooms) of the Auditorium can be utilized for various purposes such as VIP rooms or press rooms.
