Mangosteen Chicken Salad
Mangosteen is a highly prized tropical fruit, and it is even nicknamed “Queen of the Fruits”. Mangosteen is grown in Vietnam’s southern provinces, particularly Binh Duong.Lái Thiêu mangosteen in Bình Dương province has long been famous throughout the country for its sweet aroma. The local people here often use this fruit in a unique salad to treat guests.
Compared to the traditional salads of Vietnam (lotus salad, banana salad, etc.), mangosteen salad has its own characteristics, its own flavor, and its own way of processing. This is the essence of Vietnamese cooking, making the most of what nature and mother earth have to offer.
