Introduction

Introduction:

Bun Rieu is a member of the remarkable “Bun” family in Vietnam, but it stands out for its fine soup, accompanied by raw veggies and our exclusive shrimp paste. In order to make the soup, the cook must simmer dried shrimp or pork bones for hours to make the broth, then cook with tomato, crab balls, tofu, snails, blood pudding, pork sausage, seasonings, and other ingredients.

Bun Rieu is mouthwateringly delicious, with natural broth flavor, slightly sour tomato, and more. Bun Rieu not only tastes good, but it also looks good with the yellow turmeric, red tomato, golden tofu, white vermicelli, black snail, and green vegetables. One more great thing about Bun Rieu is that you can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or whenever you want.

Introduction

Introduction

Mangosteen is a highly prized tropical fruit, and it is even nicknamed “Queen of the Fruits”. Mangosteen is grown in Vietnam’s southern provinces, particularly Binh Duong.Lái Thiêu mangosteen in Bình Dương province has long been famous throughout the country for its sweet aroma. The local people here often use this fruit in a unique salad to treat guests.

Compared to the traditional salads of Vietnam (lotus salad, banana salad, etc.), mangosteen salad has its own characteristics, its own flavor, and its own way of processing. This is the essence of Vietnamese cooking, making the most of what nature and mother earth have to offer.

Mangosteen Chicken Salad with the crispy sweetness of mangosteen combined with the fat of shrimp and meat and the spicy notes of snotgrass and chili garlic sauce will penetrate the tongue, and the sounds of crispy peanut and rice paper will give tasters a good feeling that is hard to describe.

The basic mangosteen salad, like most Vietnamese salads, consists of mangosteen and a mixture of prawns and pork belly. Another common variation is with chicken.
