BECAMEX TOKYU officially announced the construction of the first shopping center in Binh Duong New City, which will be located in SORA gardens at the entrance of Binh Duong New City. The shopping center, temporarily named “SORA gardens SC”, is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

The main tenant of “SORA gardens SC” is AEON with its first “Compact GMS – General Merchandising Store” in Vietnam, and the store would have the total area of 5,000m2. There would be also other significant commercial benefits such as cinema, fashion stores, café and restaurants,… in the total floor area of 21,000m2.

The commercial project, with a concept of “Adding color to your life”, belongs to phase 1 of a 120,000m2 multiple phases commercial complex. With its strategy of construction in phases, the commercial project aims become one of the largest commercial complexes in Southern Vietnam and bring the residents at Binh Duong New City and people who work here a stylish and modern life style.
