Binh Duong currently leads the nation in industrial development and ranks second in foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction. Building on this foundation, the Manufacturing Binh Duong 2025 – an international exhibition and conference on precision engineering and manufacturing – officially opened on April 15 at WTC EXPO (Binh Duong New City). This marks the first time a large-scale event of this kind has been held in the province, representing a key milestone in Binh Duong’s strategy to become a hub for high-tech industry.

Taking place from April 15 to 17, the event gathers 73 leading brands from 15 countries and territories, including Germany, Japan, the United States, Israel, Singapore, Taiwan (China), and Switzerland, spanning an exhibition area of 3,500 m². It is expected to attract over 5,000 professional visitors and serve as a vital business hub for enterprises in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Long – Director of the Binh Duong Department of Science and Technology – emphasized the critical role of precision engineering in modern industrial development. With a recent growth rate of 9.28%, the sector reflects the strong efforts of businesses, the proactive support from local authorities, and the increasing interest from both domestic and international investors.

Binh Duong has been actively advancing high-tech application, digital transformation, and innovation. The province’s development plan for the mechanical industry through 2025, with a vision to 2030, along with a series of coordinated policies, is shaping a modern industrial ecosystem that supports sustainable, regionally connected growth.

Beyond showcasing cutting-edge technologies and equipment, Manufacturing Binh Duong 2025 features a series of insightful conferences and seminars focusing on emerging trends, such as: investment opportunities in the semiconductor sector; applications of AI and smart factory models in Industry 4.0; training for building smart factories; and strategies for entering the Binh Duong mechanical market through connectivity and cooperation.

A continuous Business Matching program is also taking place, offering opportunities for suppliers and potential buyers from around the world to meet, exchange ideas, and establish strategic partnerships.

This event is part of the international exhibition series organized by Informa Markets Vietnam, which also includes Mechanical Technology Asia in Hanoi and Manufacturing Bac Giang.
